First Course:
* Tossed green salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots with balsamic and ranch dressing. Rolls and butter included.
Second Course Entrée Selections:
* Lemon Rosemary Chicken - with lemon caper beurre blanc, scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables or
* Beef Brisket - with natural jus, scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables or
* Vegetarian selection - Chef’s Special Choice
Third Course Dessert:
* Individual Fruit Tarts
A beverage bar with coffee, ice tea and iced water included.
